You know the single biggest advice I can give to anyone who is interested in the pizza business is to go to The International Pizza Expo.

It is held every year in Las Vegas. Of course there are venders, sellers and products. But most importantly there are people just like you who are interested in the pizza business.

Today I want to introduce you to three very important master pizza makers. You can read there stories and listen in as I discuss the pizza business with them.

I also spoke with Joe fugere of Tutta Bella. Coming from an Italian family he always had the passion for Italian food. His Italain grandmother explained to him that to really experience food he needed to immerse himself in the food of her homeland.
