Laura's (Bean) Breakfast Pizza

Recipe for pizza dough (your favorite)
Recipe for Papa Murphy's Garlic Sauce (posted below)
Shredded mozz
Pre-cooked scrambled eggs, almost done
Crumbled cooked bacon
Sweet onion, sliced thin
Tomatoes, chopped
Jalapenos, chopped
Top with more mozz

After baking top with sliced green onions.

Prebake dough for 3 to 4 minutes at 400º, top with ingredients in order and bake 8 to 10 minutes at 450º.

If using a stone bake at 500º and no pre-baking.

Papa Murphy's Gourmet Garlic Sauce

1/2 cup real mayonnaise (I use Hellman's)
1 Tablespoon ranch dressing mix
1 clove of garlic minced or crushed (I use two cloves)

Mix and let stand for the flavors to blend, this is enough for one 12-14 inch pizza.

This is half a dough recipe -

Gas station?

We love hot & spicy. You'd think from all the pizza recipes that would be my specialty, but Mexican is.
