Loved this dough (baked on the stone). Another great recipe from this cookbook!
Garlic Cheese Thin Crust Dough
If prebaked, this is a wonderful substitute for the “Boboli” pizza shells. Use either cheese or combination or the two cheese. This can be topped with anything and everything!
Garlic Cheese Thin Crust Dough
2/3 c. warm water
1 T. olive oil
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. grated mozzarella or provolone cheese
2 c. bread flour
1 t. yeast
Add to machine according to manufacture directions, bake as desired.
