Boy, that's like a deluxe outdoor pizza oven! You just can't get that wood fired oven taste from an indoor oven.

It's a fun "toy". The oven came from Italy (Forno Bravo) and Scott and his friend did the rest. Took sometime, but worth it.

I had one too, imported from Italy. The shell was anyway and I built everything around it. I built a new house in 2007 and I was doing some excavating with my backhoe and knocked it over by accident. My Son said it was the best pizza he ever tasted when I would make pizza in it.

The one you have is a bit nicer than the one I built though. Wink

That is how ours was, the shell.

Why don't you build yourself another? Smile

That's another thing on my list. I did a lot of research and called up the brick guy in town and asked what he had so I could do everything from scratch. There's a lot of decent homemade ones on youtube, too. I just have to commit to it.

I really do miss cooking in that wood fired oven.
