This recipe isn't just for Skookie Skillets! The dough is great - use it for your favorite pizza! Smile

Traditional Skookie Pizza Dough

1 c. warm water
1 t. olive oil
1 t. honey
1 t. kosher salt
3 c. flour
1 packet yeast

Add to machine, set dough cycle. When finished, divided dough into 6 pieces and make your favorite Skookie pizza!

Here the dough made 4 pizzas and these garlic rolls. I didn’t bake the rolls in the Skookie Skillet because I was using them for pizza and used my Tabasco mini cast iron skillet.
