Albert, do you have a recipe for egg biscuits.? My mom use to make sweet biscuits with a vanilla drizzle on top. They were great! Can't seem to find an egg biscuit recipe anywhere.


Can anyone help Bella?

I'll ask my own mom, maybe she can help....

My mom just sent the recipe...


Egg Biscuits


1 cup of sugar 4 cups sifted flour
1/4 tsp baking soda 3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup vegetable oil 2 tsp lemon extract
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Mix together, sugar, oil, eggs Add dry ingredients
alternating with milk. Turn out on floured board
. Add a little flour if sticky Roll out small pieces of dough about size of pencil
and tie into knot.Place on greased cookie sheet and bake @ 375 degrees for
about 12 to 15 min. Frost with lemon icing.
