Franks Famous Chili Recipe

Grandpa2one's notes - Follow this recipe in the order it shows....I tried a shortcut once and it's not the same. He was kind enough to send me his award winning recipe for chili.

This recipe compliments of Frank Lewis on WOGL. It is one of the best I've ever eaten. Enjoy.
