I had been trying to contact Brian Spangler since the release of Legends of Pizza, Volume 2.

I wanted his opinion of the interviews. I was able to have a conversation with him last week.

He has been doing well. He liked Legends of Pizza, Volume 2. but he has been incredible busy.

He is expanding his restaurant Apizza Scholls.
I asked him if this means he will be making more pizzas.
Will this mean a busier restaurant with more dough being made?

Not at all, he explained. "I just want to take care of the customers we have".
Brian is a true pizzaiolo.
He has heart.
He is dedicated to his craft of making pizza.

Nothing more, nothing less.
