Here is what I use for the best pizza this side of New York. Kitchen aid mixer, a 1in thick pizza stone, a oven that heats to 750deg. F., 2 aluminum peels & 1 wood assembly peel, a dough docker, 2 round preferated pans (to cut & keep warm on) the holes keep the crust crisp. I also have a large wooden cutting board for dough rolling and a round pizza cutter. Here's a few photos of what my kids and their friend say is the best pizza they ever had.

Nice pics. Looks tasty.
I use a KitchenAide mixer also.
Your oven goes up to 750? Wow. What do you do, cook in the self clean mode? Laughing
I have a wonderful all gas 6 burner Viking Range but I think 575 would be it's limit.

Hi Vinny, Its an old GE analog non-selfcleaning oven It has rotory type controls. When in bake mode I turn the temp. control wide open past broil. the last few temp marks are 500deg, 550deg then broil, the control will rotate about 1/4 turn past the broil setting. I don't know what the model # is I'll look when I get home, But I don't think they still make em. You can modify a new self cleaning oven to use the self clean mode to bake in. You have to disable the door lock & the door switch. They will do 750 to 800 in clean mode. Also you gotta be real careful if you spill something on the door glass it will shatter at these high temps Crying or Very sad
