I don't know if this was a re-run but I watched a show on new york vs chicago pizza a while ago with history and interveiws of the most famous in each of these citys. The TC used firefighter from each city as judge's and a 3rd team of fire fighters from L.A. to break the tie. L.A. team voted 10 - 2 in favor of New York pizza (I like thin best also) As one would guess New York team voted for N.Y. pies and vise versa. _________________ pizza baked not stirred |

Alton Brown on Food Network has done a few shows on Pizza. In fact his dough recipe looks very similar to Albert's. He can be a bit dogmatic about some things but if you get past that the recipes are usually pretty good.
