I am searching for a recipe for a doube crust pizza that would be comparible to Giordano's. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm not familiar with that type of pizza but I do know there are basically 2 ways to stuff the crust of your pizza. First and most simple is to cut some cheese into batons or 1/4X1/4X2 inch pieces. After rolling out the dough, place these all around the edges leaving about 1/2 inch between the edge and baton. moisten the very edge with water then seal the cheese in by folding the edge over and pressing firmly. Bake at no more than 350-400. Another way would be to "par-bake" 2 same size crusts. That is to roll out 2 crusts that will fit into a deep dish style pan, and bake them until just done. Then, using that pan, drop in the first crust, top accordingly, then the second. Bake at no more than 350 until done. Hope this gets you going in the right direction.
