Hi Albert,
I looked at your recipe and many others. They all call for either 2½ to 3½ or sometimes 4 cups of flour. They say this recipe can make 2- 12" pies. That's to much dough for me. I only want to make a 14" pie once a week.
Is there a revised recipe to make only one 12" or 14" pie? There is no sense in making all that dough and only have to cut it in half to make one pie.
If I cut down on the flour do I have to cut down on the other ingredients? Just wondering...

My response:
Hi Bob.
My recipe calls for 4 cups of flour. I get 4 thin pizzas out of it.
If you don't want to use all the dough, just freeze it.
It will keep at least 3-4 months.
If you want to make less dough, just cut the recipe in half.
That will work just fine.
I hope this helps.
