Hello everyone, I live in Scottsdale, AZ. I love to cook, especially pizza.
My wife and I recently had a lobster pizza at Red Lobster. It was killer!
We got the recipe from their web site. We made it using a low carb tortilla for the crust and also made it with shrimp instead of lobster. Here's the link

I'm searching for a good low carb dough recipe.
Albert, thanks for the forum. |

Hello Vince.
Thanks so much for your great resource. I love the idea of lobster pizza. I have made shrimp scampi pizza and fresh clam pizza, but lobster pizza sounds incredible.
The taste of seafood works well with pizza. I like the fact that it is simple to make and prepare. You can use a tortilla for the base as suggested or you could just use a regualr pizza crust.
Any way you slice it...it's a winner.
When I taught my life-skills class with Chef Peter, he worked on many different low carb crusts. Each one was low carb, but each one was low on taste....He is still at the drawing board.
pizza on earth,

Hi all , I,m from Massachusetts, am 53 and am a pizzaholic. I love almost any kind of pizza . Whatever is in front of me is my favorite.I make my own at home usually using a bread machine to make the dough . I'm always experimenting to get the crust just right , thin but thick enough to keeps the toppings where they belong . see ya |
