What do you find to be the best part of making the pizza?

Is it making your own dough? Rolling it, or tossing it?

Is the the sauce, or the topping? Figuring out what ingredients to put on it?

Is it putting it on the grill or in the oven, the challenge to get it "just right"?

Is it sitting down and enjoying your labor of love with others?

Is it the experimentation, trying "this" and "that" in an attempt to attain perfection?

What is it about making the pizza that motivates you to do it, over and over and over?

Pizza has been my favorite food for many years. I enjoy cooking for others and hearing them say after they're done, "Wow, that pizza was awesome". Pizza is just fun to make!

When I spoke with Ed LaDou, he told me that neither the crust nor the toppings were superior.

For me, the most fun is working the dough. The toppings become part of the process, though.

Maybe, I 'm leaning with Ed LaDou. Everything is the best part when you are making pizza...
