Ahh Roman pizza pies best in the state I don't know how long they been in business I'm 50 & remember giong there when I was 5. My dad guesses they started in 30s or 40s heres a link

Try Mark Twain's in Metairie or New York Pizza on Carrollton Ave in New Orleans.

Looks like the Spammer has gotten this thread.
Lucky for me as I needed to revisit.
Mark Twain's is no longer the best in New Orleans, new owners have screwed up the crust and everyone I know complains about it.
Had a new one- Brooklyn Pizza which is pretty good.
