The older brother was filled only after two 10" pizza's. Then later he wanted me to come over and make them some more. Okay, now it was my turn to be surprised! First I did not understand how difficult it would be for them to use the once raised chilled dough.
However the pizza balloned and the topping were only a small patch on the top!
But as it always is when you share they taught me something about pizza. The pan that they had was perforated and so I enjoyed my first pizza with a crisp crust. There is always something new about pizza to enjoy!!!
