Hi there!

Al a pizza and bread lover, using conventional ovens with baking stones, our house renos included a dream of mine. A wood burning pizza/bread oven in the kitchen. A vaulted oven with a 28" x 40" cooking area. Works amazingly, and the food coming out is better than my dreams, and a lot of fun. Especially with friends and family!

Eating has just taken a huge leap of taste. I just have to watch out that I won't hit 400 lbs by 40 yrs old!!!
