I started blogging about New York Style Pizza two years ago, and soon after I began building a database of New York Style Pizzerias located throughout the United States. This site became known as the New York Pizza Finder.

Between the blog and the Web site, thousands of people have visited the sites every month , seeking information about how to find New York Style Pizza when they are some place far from New York. Hundreds of people have contributed their own comments, recommending their favorite places in towns and cities across the USA.

Over the last couple weeks I have converted the New York Pizza Finder site to a wiki. You’ve heard of “Wiki-pedia?” Well, think of this as “Wiki-pizza.”

But what is a wiki? A wiki is a Web site that anyone can update. That means everyone of you can go to

and begin adding your own favorite New York Style pizza places, or adding reviews for places you’ve eaten at. PLEASE DO!

While you can edit anonymously, I’d appreciate you creating an account so your changes can be tracked and we can communicate about them if needed. Please visit the Community Portal Page for more information about updating the site. Feel free to update that page as well. Use the Discussion tab to discuss any other issues. I will automatically be notified of any discussions started.
