I can throw the dough! Only problem is, it's not edible after I pick it off the floor.

I am just starting to experiment with throwing the dough. I downloaded a little video clip from Takefive films. It's pretty short (about 3 minutes) but shows you an overview of what to do (and for 99 cents, who can complain?). I tried throwing dough a couple of times before watching the video. I tossed it across the room once, and I tore some holes in it. Takes practice!

Use the back of your hands and knuckles while throwing (and spinning) your dough while stretching it. This will prevent you from poking holes in it.

Throwing the dough is mainly for show, but if you spin it while throwing it it does help you obtain the nice round shape we are always looking for.
