MARISSA:
Good morning to you. Marissa I bet your pizza dough recipe contains as an ingredient called "SUGAR". Well my friend I must tell you that when it comes to "YEASTED LEAN BREAD DOUGH" sugar IS NOT a requirement. However my friend if you wish to have it then just substitute honey for it oz for oz. You can insert a little more or less as you wish. If you are using oil in your recipe place the honey on top of the oil...this way when you spill the oil into the mixing bowl the honey comes out much easier. Also I might mention to you my friend, that honey being a liquid you should consider reducing the water the same amount as the honey otherwise you may end up with a very tacky dough.
Mirissa, I hope this helps...good luck & enjoy the rest of the day young lady.
