Just happened upon your site, I am a recent pizza enthusiast. I have built my own pizza oven following the fornobravo.com oven specs. I am making amazing pizza in just minutes with the oven at around 800 degrees. Will be looking for tips and tricks on your site. I will post pictures in the forum.
