I was once told that pizza made near the ocean just naturally taste's better due to the salt air that affects the quailty of the dough. Interesting theory. Or are we just starved at the beach and the ocean air stimultes ones appetite for pizza? I wonder....

Actually the very first pizza I made was at a beach house in Hawaii. the pizza was terrific, so maybe there is some truth to that theory...
