You hit the old nail right on the head.

I have always felt the positive energy of pizza. Certainly over the years from eating lots of pizza. More than I want to admit...

As a teenager, when my Dad, would make pizza for us. We had some incredible discussions/arguments and laughs as he would make pizza for the "boys".

And now every time I make pizza for friends and family, magic happens. Even my 3 year old daughter (Kamalei) wants to get in on the act. I always break off a piece of dough for her whenever I make pizza. She stands next to me on her stool, making her own private pizza..

There is power in pizza. And the pizza power is in you. Thanks so much for being here.

I live in Tampa, Florida. I started making home made pizza several years ago, because I liked it better than anything I could get locally.... the typical Pizza Hut/Domino's/Hungry Howie's stuff.

I found pizzatherapy.com through an internet search. Here is a site that is all about the passion of pizza! Albert Grande has such a passion for pizza and has made a place for those of us who share that passion.

I now make pizza on a charcoal grill that people rave about. I am passionate about pizza. This is "spiritual pizza". It just doesn't get any better!
