Hello Pappa Don,
pizza business
where do I start
thank God for the age of the web internet for quick answers and reading material 
long hours, hot temperatures, thereputic loss of weight due to water loss:) stress:)
leading to
smiles from customers, nice compliments (sometimes) wrong toppings leading to angry phone calls:)
but rewarding
teaching young teens and adults to learn about customer service, good work ethic and honesty
