12 manicotti shells
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, dived (3 to 1)
8 ounce bar soft cream cheese
1 tbspn finely minced onion
1 tbspn chives
3 cups marinara sauce
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Stir onion and chives into soft cream cheese, set aside. Cook manicotti in a pot of boiling water according to directions. Drain and rinse with cold water and drain again. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Mix 3 cups mozzarella cheese with soft cream cheese. Stuff the manicotti; place in baking dish. Spoon marinara sauce over manicotti. Sprinkle top of manicotti with remaining 1 cup mozzarella. Bake for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with paresan, and bake for 10 minutes longer.
