I hope you get this. I was watching Cook's Illustrated yesterday and they showed a recipe for making the best pizza dough.

I don't know if it's the best , that was their words. I like a very thin crust shell but bubbles. LOVE THE BUBBLES.

I have a large LYNX grill and a Big Green Egg so I can get my ovens hot. What is your recommendation for a dough plan that will allow the dough to be very thin but will still bubble.
