Another great dough.
Italian Herb Thin Crust Dough
2/3 c. lukewarm water
1 T. OO
1 t. dried oregano
1 t. dried basil
1/2 t. coarse ground black pepper
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. dried thyme (optional)
2 c. bread flour
1 t. yeast
Add to machine according to manufacture directions, bake as desired.

From the oven - I have the meat layered under the cheese (Prosciutto, Canadian bacon and turkey pepperoni).
Here on the BGE - Made with meatballs, salami, pepperoni and ground hot It. turkey sausage and some shaved sweet onion. Can’t wait to try it in the Pizza Oven!
