My name is Warren and I curently live in Northwest Florida in the Fort Walton Beach/Destin area.

I grew up in Bergen County, New Jersey, in an Italian-American family. In those days and in that place, ALL pizzerias were owned and operated by people from Italy (mostly Neapolitans — or "Napolitans.")

After living all over the United States and traveling all over Mediterranean Europe, I discovered an interesting thing: In the United States, the closer you get to New Jersey, the more the pizza resembles the pizza in Naples. In Europe, the closer you get to Naples, the more the pizza resembles the pizza in New Jersey.

My favorite pizza is still the pizza on the boardwalk at Seaside Heights!
