Dear all Pizza Lovers
I would like to share with you my favorite Pizza Topping Sauce, it consists of:
4 Peeled ripped tomatos
2 tbs olive oil
2 ts vinegar
2 ts crushed garlic
2 ts soy sauce
1 ts coriander
1 ts cummin
Salt
White Pepper
Ginger Powder
Some Tobasco Sauce if desired

Put all ingredients in blender for 2-3 minutes. Spread over dough before any aditives. You can freeze it & use it later.
