I see tons of recipes calling for either sugar or recipe in their pizza dough. What would be the benefit of using honey over sugar? |

Sugar is used for pure sweetness and to give the yeast a treat. Honey tastes like - honey. I use honey when I make whole wheat bread.
I would try them bothand see what you like best. _________________ Legends of Pizza! |

I use them both, depending on what dough recipe. I like a honey wheat myself and also in a dark beer dough. YUM! |
