- Boil 1 lb.
(pound) of tagliarelle, or your favorite pasta
up a quarter to 1/2 of a pound of lobster. (You can substitute any
a fireproof dish, and put some grated Parmesan and Cheddar mixed,
in the tagliarelle (or your favorite pasta) and lobster in layers, and
between each layer add a little butter.
