An Easy to Prepare, Tasty,
Pasta and Seafood Dish
Ingredients
-
Tagliarelle,
(Or your favorite pasta)
-
lobster, (or
any sea food)
-
Parmesan
cheese,
-
Cheddar cheese
(optional)
-
butter.

Directions
- Boil 1 lb.
(pound) of tagliarelle, or your favorite pasta
- Cut
up a quarter to 1/2 of a pound of lobster. (You can substitute any
sea food)
- Butter
a fireproof dish, and put some grated Parmesan and Cheddar mixed,
- Put
in the tagliarelle (or your favorite pasta) and lobster in layers, and
between each layer add a little butter.
- Place
grated cheese over the top, put it in the oven for twenty minutes, at
325°
- Broil
the top to melt cheese
